One of the notable aspects of our fishery is the sheer variety of both gamefish, and food fish available to us on any given day. Unlike many other destinations where you may have visited to chase one or two types of gamefish, South Florida offers you dozens of different species to target. While they seldom all bite on the same day, there is just about always something to chase that is willing to cooperate. If our guests are flexible about what they'd like to target, we can just about assure you some action.

A lifetime of experience chasing every gamefish imaginable while logging untold miles over the waters of the world have taught George a lot. Not just about fishing but about the value of sharing these experiences with others.

In addition to a life of guiding anglers and hunters alike, George spent five seasons as the host of two nationally broadcast television shows airing on the Sportsman Channel and World Fishing Network. He also serves as Boating Editor for Florida Sportsman Magazine and has authored two highly regarded books about fishing for Sailfish. Additionally, George was a co-host of the popular radio show, "Florida Sportsman Live" on ESPN for 20 years.
My guests have also posted an impressive number of IGFA World Record Catches over the years.

A Beautiful Setting
I feel incredibly fortunate to live and work where I do for a number of reasons. South Florida has so much to offer if you love the outdoors, and Jupiter, our base of operations is about as good as it gets. The scenery and amenities for the vacationer and resident alike are second to none. A fairly quiet tropical small town feel is still alive here despite the growth in recent years yet you're still a reasonable drive away from the nightlife of Miami as well as the theme parks to the North, both within reach without too much effort.
To the East, where we do business "on the rip" are some of the most exciting big game fishing opportunities available short of flying to the Third World.
